The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Course is recommended for community managers and experienced assistant managers. Earning your CAM credential allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve the owner's investment goals. The CAM credential positions you well for career opportunities and advancement!

Students may choose to register/pay/attend individual CAM classes of interest, and wait until they're more prepared before enrolling in the full CAM Credential Course. Upon enrolling in the full CAM Certification Course, students have one calendar year to participate in all CAM classes and pass the online exam. You will receive enrollment instructions during your first CAM class. No refunds for cancellations or "no-shows" will be given. However, you may opt to send another multifamily housing professional in their place.
